SICON-R Series

The SICON-R series is an electrolyte of standard composition that displays a balance between performance

and electrochemical stability. The particle size distribution and surface chemical properties are within the most

desirable ranges for research and development. Its superior ionic conductivity and electrochemical stability

provide stable cell performance even in extreme conditions. 

The electrolyte is highly compatible with high-nickel cathode active materials, as well as other active materials

for all-solid-state batteries.

Its outstanding material properties, primarily its small particle size (< 3 µm) and high ionic conductivity

(> 4 mS/cm), are conducive to serving its application in various components of all-solid-state Li-ion batteries.

SICON-S Series

Super-High Conductivity Electrolytes

All-solid-state lithium batteries have attracted significant attention due to their

potential to achieve higher energy and power densities compared to conventional

liquid-based lithium-ion batteries. High ionic conductivity plays a key role in obtaining

an all-solid-state battery with an excellent power density as well as energy density.

One of the key specifications of SICON-S electrolyte is an extremely high ionic conductivity (> 8 mS/cm) reaching a level comparable to liquid electrolytes.

An additional feature is a D90 particle size of < 6 µm (Particle size distribution can be controlled in accordance with each custom order).

SICON-F Series

Ultrafine Electrolytes

A significant role of using smaller sized solid electrolytes is to improve the interfacial

contact area with the active materials for better battery performance.

Smaller electrolyte particles can lead to poor ionic conductivity, so Solivis’ main goal

is to provide a sub-micron (<1 µm) sized electrolyte without sacrificing

ionic conductivity.
